Odessa apartment reservation

1. To reserve an apartment you like, please complete preliminary reservation form on apartments’ description page including services and comments and click "Send".
2. Within 24 hours we will email you confirmation if this apartment is available. If the apartment you have chosen is not available, we will offer you a similar one.
3. After you receive our confirmation, pay a deposit, the rest of amount to be paid on arrival in cash. We accept Hrivnas, Dollars, Euros and Sterling at current exchange rates.
4. It is necesary to pay a deposit within 24h after you receive our confirmation otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.
5. If you want to find a nice Odessa apartment for a reasonable price, please make reservation at least 2-3 weeks before your arrival especially in summer time.
6. Usually owners do not want to book their apartments for less than 5 nights.

DEPOSIT

We take a deposit equals to 1 night stay rent. You can pay a deposit using:

1. Western Union online
   
2. We email you confirming your reserved dates, receipt of your deposit and  your apartment address

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Usually security deposit is taken (about 100-300 USD depending on the apartment). It is completely paid back on the day of departure if the apartment is in the same condition as on the day of arrival (nothing is broken, damaged, etc). If you find any defect on the day of your arrival, please inform the owner about it.

CANCELLATION

Full deposit will be returned in case of one month cancellation notice. If you require new dates, the deposit will be valid for those dates provided 3 weeks notice being given. Deposit will be retained if less than 3 weeks notice is given.

Arrival (13.00-14.00)

If you ordered Transfer Service our representative will meet you at the airport (railway or bus station) and take you to the apartment.

If you did not order Transportation Service, you will need to get to the apartment by yourself. Our representative will be waiting for you there.

Departure (not later than 12.00)

On the day of your departure if you ordered Transportation Service our representative will come to your apartment and take you to the place of your departure.

If you did not order Transportation Service, you will need to get to the place of your departure by yourself. Our representative will come to the place of your residence to take the keys. Please inform your representative about approximate time of your departure.

Key Replacement

If the key is lost, the client will be charged $50 for changing the lock to the apartment.
